Downtown has so many distractions and brings so many opportunities for training. Let’s practice focus and impulse control as we walk together through the City Creek Mall and stay warm this winter!

Bring your training equipment, food, and a hungry dog. It helps if they haven’t eaten breakfast prior to class.

Plan on getting there a few minutes early to find parking. We will meet at the City Creek East Garage 100 South Entrance by the elevators and come up together as a group. The address is 50 E 100 South Temple, Suite 50 in Salt Lake City. It’s easy to find on google maps. Call me if you get lost and I will wait for you.
